Gordon Forrest – Director
I am responsible for the day to day running of the company. I also look after accounts in Fife, Dundee and Aberdeen and still deal with a lot of clients who joined up when we started over 25 years ago. I employ a dedicated team who work with me and not for me.
Ross Greig – Account Manager
I am responsible for sales in the Dundee, Angus, Perth and Fife areas. Having been in the industry for over 20 years I am well aware of the changing market we are part of. I specialise on cost reduction for potential clients and making sure all our existing clients have the best price and service in the industry. Mike Gunn – Account Manager
I am responsible for developing and promoting sales in the Aberdeen area. I am hard working and extremely customer focused and have over 30 years experience in the office supplies industry which i share with my clients and prospective clients alike.
I deal with various size companies giving a very high level of service to each and everyone of them, with nothing being to much trouble to do for them or source for them
Kevin Carroll – Aberdeen Warehouse Manager
I am responsible for promoting sales and looking after existing clients in the Aberdeen area. I work with a wide portfolio of clients including many in the oil industry.
Like my fellow Sales Executives at OTC I have been in the industry for many years and pass on my vast knowledge to my client base.
Fergus Munro – Sales Administrator
I have been with the company since the beginning and am responsible for taking sales enquiries, orders and product sourcing. I am also the main contact between office and warehouse.
Graham Hayward – Bookkeeper
I look after the company accounts assisted by Natasha. My main roles are to pay suppliers, wages and other day to day accounts duties.
Wayne Marr – Warehouse Manager
I sort and pick all the stationery from our suppliers daily and make the runs up for the drivers. I deal with all the return queries and furniture installations and general upkeep of the warehouse.
Natasha Dobbie – Credit Control
My main job is to chase outstanding age debt, I work alongside Graham in the Accounts department, mainly dealing with customer accounts. I do the day to day banking, check customer invoices and deal with queries coming in throughout the day.
Stacey Miller – Sales Administrator
I am responsible for answering incoming sales calls and product queries, taking orders and product sourcing. Other duties I undertake are helping to maintain the online ordering system and dealing with back orders and sourcing alternative products for customers. I am also one of three administrators for our new Facebook page.

Cooper Munro – Morale Officer
My name is Cooper and I work flexible hours on a part time basis. I am the youngest member of staff here at OTC at only two years old.
My main duties entail meeting and greeting all guests to our office in a friendly and efficient manner and offering them a paw. (I do expect a belly rub in return)
I do have a tendency to nod off at work but I offset that problem by looking sooo damn cute!!
