Gordon Forrest - Director
I am responsible for the day to day running of the company. I also look after accounts in Fife, Dundee and Aberdeen and still deal with a lot of clients who joined up when we started 22 years ago. I employ a dedicated team who work with me and not for me.
Ross Greig - Account Manager
I am responsible for sales in the Dundee, Angus, Perth and Fife areas. Having been in the industry for over 20 years I am well aware of the changing market we are part of. I specialise on cost reduction for potential clients and making sure all our existing clients have the best price and service in the industry. I am an active member of the new Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce and Business Network International (BNI). I look forward to speaking to you soon. I can be contacted on 07966444251.
Kevin Carroll - Account Manager
I am responsible for promoting sales and looking after existing clients in the Aberdeen area. I work with a wide portfolio of clients including many in the oil industry.
Like my fellow Sales Executives at OTC I have been in the industry for many years and pass on my vast knowledge to my client base.
Dave Hope - Account Manager
I cover the Edinburgh area and my job is to develop sales and promote the company to new and existing clients. Like Kevin I have been in the industry for many years.
Fergus Munro - Sales Administrator
I have been with the company since the beginning and am responsible for taking sales enquiries, orders and product sourcing. I am also the main contact between office and warehouse.
Jude Gordon - Sales Support/ Purchasing
I answer incoming sales calls and product queries. This includes sourcing products and consumables. I place orders with suppliers for both Stationery and Computer consumables. I also maintain our online ordering catalogue.
Graham Howard - Bookkeeper
I look after the company accounts assisted by Natasha. My main roles are to pay suppliers, wages and other day to day accounts duties.
Wayne Marr - Warehouse Manager
I sort and pick all the stationery from our suppliers daily and make the runs up for the drivers. I deal with all the return queries and furniture installations and general upkeep of the warehouse.
Gillian Mackay - Administrator
My duties are booking out delivery notes for orders sent out daily. I price all the sales orders to be invoiced and arrange all invoices for monthly accounts. I take sales calls and also keep an up to date record of items held in stock for customers.
Natasha Mitscavitch - Credit Control
My main job is to work alongside Graham in the Accounts Department, mainly dealing with customer Accounts. I do the day to day banking, check the customer invoices and deal with queries coming in throughout the day. I also do the purchasing of consumables for the company.
